How we process personal data of contact persons of our customers and of companies interested in working with us.

What data we process
Contact person details: name, position, email and phone. Details of the company you represent, including data from public registers (ARES, VIES). Orders, invoices, payments and your communication with us. Technical data on access to the website (IP address, time) in server logs.
Why and on what legal basis
Running the customer account, handling orders and invoicing: performance of a contract and steps before it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Accounting and tax: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Business communication with customers, assigning a customer to a sales rep, and website security: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We send marketing emails only to customers about similar goods, or with consent. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in the email.
Who receives the data
IT providers who run the website and the customer system (CRM) for us, carriers, accountants and tax advisers, the sales rep who looks after you, and authorities where the law requires it. We process data in the EU and do not transfer it outside the EU.
How long we keep it
For as long as the customer account exists and 3 years after the last order. Accounting and tax documents for 10 years. Sign-ups that do not lead to an account for 1 year.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us at info@oxofactory.eu.
You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
Cookies
The website uses storage in your browser that it needs to work (portal login, the contents of your cart). We do not use advertising cookies.
We measure traffic on the website and the portal with PostHog, on servers in the EU. We set analytics cookies only if you accept them in the banner. We then also record the course of the visit (session recording), but not what you type into forms. If you decline, we only count anonymous visits, without cookies and without session recording.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and our legitimate interest for anonymous visit counts (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the website footer.
